We decided to do our own living room fireplace mantle.
It is stained to match our built-in cabinets.
It turned out great for our first DIY mantle.

Ellyn had the brilliant idea to personalize our mantle with notes placed inside it. We all wrote, or drew, a little something and placed it inside.
